Please inspect all products immediately. Stockwheels.com must be notified ASAP if any damaged is found, or if there was a wrong product shipped. Stockwheels.com must first be contacted before any products are sent back in order to obtain an RMA number.
Stockwheels.com must be notified within 30 calendar days from the day merchandise is received for any return, refund, or exchange. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please save all packaging in the event products are damaged in transit.
Cancellations must be done on the same day ordered or before products are shipped.
Customer must provide a tracking number for all returned items.
All custom finishes on wheels are neither returnable nor refundable. This also includes if we have chromed wheels that do not come chrome as their factory finish.
We guarantee all orders to be the exact wheel you ordered in the condition stated.
Wheels must be inspected prior to tire installation. Inspection should include mounting wheel on a spin balancer. Please ask you tire technician to perform this before tire is installed on rim.
Customers are responsible for identifying the wheel and finish of the wheel. Without seeing the style and specifications of the vehicle and/or wheel, we cannot be responsible for identifying the correct rim. Customers are more than welcome to submit a picture of their wheel so we may properly identify the correct rim and/or finish of wheel.
Please do not modify any products shipped. If for any reason you wish to modify any merchandise shipped form Stockwheels.com, please be aware that the products will no longer be returnable for any reason. If in the event you wish to modify, we strongly recommend you ask our advice and have the wheel properly inspected by a trained professional for roundness, structural condition, and inclusion of all applicable parts.
In the event we have shipped something different than what was ordered, we will issue prepaid shipping labels and issue an exchange or full refund once we have received the item back.
Shipping and handling is not refundable unless we have shipped a damaged wheel or incorrect wheel.
We do not pay for return shipping unless we have shipped a damaged product or incorrect product.
All refunds or exchanges must be received back in unused, undamaged, uninstalled condition, and merchandise must include a copy of the invoice and RMA # clearly written on outside of box.
For any return or refund, customers must first contact Stockwheels.com to obtain RMA #.
Once mounted, wheel(s) are not returnable. We cannot guarantee wheels that have been damaged by installation, or after they have been mounted.
All wheels returned must be packaged in the same manner that they were shipped from out facility. Again, please save all packaging and inspect all merchandise imminently on arrival.
In the event products are returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging, the customer could be liable for additional fees.
We do not cover mount or balance fees for any reason.
Please be aware, if your order is $400 or over, it will receive a direct signature added to the delivery. Customer will need to be present during delivery to sign and accept the package.
